- Nature of Programs
All sessions conducted under Built in the Mind are designed for educational purposes, personal awareness, and decision-making clarity.
These sessions do not guarantee specific personal, financial, or business outcomes and are not a substitute for professional advice.
- Registration & Access
Access to sessions is granted only after successful payment.
Session details including links, schedules, and instructions will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Each registration is valid for one participant unless otherwise specified.
- Participation Requirements
To ensure a high-quality experience, participants must keep their camera on throughout the session.
Participants are expected to be presentable and professionally dressed.
Sessions are interactive and require active participation.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the session without refund.
- Session Format & Recordings
All sessions are conducted live.
Sessions may be recorded by Built in the Mind for internal use and quality purposes.
Recordings will not be shared with participants.
- Strict No-Recording Policy
Participants are strictly prohibited from recording any part of the session.
If a participant is found recording, immediate removal from the session, no further access, and no refund will apply.
- Code of Conduct
Participants must maintain respectful and professional communication.
Avoid verbal abuse, offensive behaviour, or inappropriate language.
Not disrupt the session in any manner.
Built in the Mind reserves the right to remove any participant violating these rules without refund.
- No Promotion / Solicitation
Participants are not permitted to promote personal or business services, share links or advertisements, or contact other participants for business purposes.
Violation may lead to removal without refund.
- Privacy & Confidentiality
Participants agree to respect the privacy of all attendees and not share personal discussions, insights, or information outside the session.
- Limitation of Liability
Built in the Mind is not liable for personal decisions made based on session content, financial, emotional, or business outcomes, or misinterpretation of information shared.
Participants are responsible for applying learnings at their own discretion.
- Program Changes
Built in the Mind reserves the right to reschedule sessions, modify content or format, and make necessary changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
Participants will be informed wherever possible.
- Fees & Taxes
All program fees are exclusive of applicable GST.
GST will be applied as per prevailing regulations.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
